REVIEWS

Bermuda's coral reef system is the most northern in the world, so that makes North Rock the most northern outcrop in the world. This area, so called because of the tall rock formation that once stood up out of the water, is an awesome snorkel site. So impressive that the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo decided to model a huge aquarium after it in their Flatts facility. The depth of this site varies between 4-5 feet on top of the magnificent pinnacle reefs, all the way down to the sandy bottom 30 feet down. This area teems with many species of fish. The types and size varies with depth. The smaller reef dwellers on top of the reef for your close up viewing, and the larger species favoring the deeper depths. All are in plain view thanks to the clean clear water.
